Repairs can be organised by contacting our Paris Boutique at Avenue des Ternes, or by an authorised Le Chameau stockist.
Each boot sent to the repair department at Le Chameau is mended by a master boot maker who identifies any necessary work.
Repairs are carried out by hand and require a full day of work to make the boot as good as new, including a period of vulcanisation to complete the repair.
Before the product is returned to the client, it is checked to ensure a faultless quality of service.

In accordance with articles L.211-4 et seq. of the consumer code and articles 1641 to 1649 of the civil code, the vendor is required to deliver a product in accordance with the contract and is responsible for any existing defects in conformity when the product is delivered.
Thus, in accordance with the provisions set out in the consumer code, the article that you have chosen is guaranteed against any manufacturing defects for 2 years starting from the date of delivery. The guarantee also covers against any hidden defects.
These guarantees do not cover misuse of the product, wear and tear, or damage caused by misuse of the product.
If your product is defective or does not meet your requirements, do not hesitate to return it to Le Chameau after-sales service or to the nearest registered retailer. Presentation of this guarantee together with proof of purchase will be required. After verification and in accordance with the provisions set out in articles L.211-9 and L.211-10 of the consumer code, the defective article will be repaired or replaced.
